You are never too young to start thinking about aging

Teens: There are three major ways to maintain a youthful complexion. The number one rule is to apply sunscreen every single day. Secondly, wash your face twice a day with a mild Foam Cleanser to remove oil and impurities. Lastly, maintain a well-balanced diet with plenty of fruit and vegetables in order to protect your skin from environmental damage and get at least 8 hours of sleep every night. In your twenties: Upgrade your moisturizer. Look for a moisturizer which contains added antioxidants and hyaluronic acid to protect your skin and to infuse hydration. Invest in an eye cream to avoid those dark under-eye circles after a long night out. In your thirties: Invest in a serum to maximize the effect of anti-aging ingredients and prevent fine lines and wrinkles before they start.
