Matcha Pear Green Smoothie

January is the month of renewal, so here's a delicious protein-packed smoothie recipe for some post-workout replenishment that's good for your complexion, too!

Energizing matcha provides a boost of caffeine for sustained energy (caffeine is also known for it's skin-firming benefits) while spinach and pear provide you with antioxidants and vital vitamins and minerals.


2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup spinach
1 pear, cored
1/2 teaspoon of matcha tea powder

Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
