HOW TO USE

Use the Lip Mask, Lipstick, and Lip Balm together for the ultimate lip prep-and-finish ritual for special occasions, or customize your routine for day or night.

Step 1: Apply a generous layer of the Perfect Pout Lip Mask directly to clean lips. To target the fine lines and wrinkles around the mouth, spread the Lip Mask about ½” beyond the natural lip line. You may experience a mild tingling sensation caused by the Papaya Enzymes as they gently exfoliate dry, chapped skin. Leave on for 3 to 5 minutes, or 5 to 10 minutes for deeper lines, then wipe away any excess with a soft damp cloth or tissue.

Step 2: Apply your chosen Perfect Pout Lipstick directly to lips for smooth, richly hydrating color and SPF 30 protection. For maximum sun protection, apply at least 30 minutes before going outdoors. Reapply every 2 to 3 hours, or as often as needed.

Step 3: Finish with the Perfect Pout Lip Balm to seal in hydration, add shine, and provide an extra layer of moisture and SPF 30 protection.

Nighttime Tip: For an ultra-hydrating overnight treatment, apply a thin layer of the Perfect Pout Lip Mask to lips, then pat on a light layer of the Perfect Pout Lip Balm. Leave on overnight and wake up to softer, smoother, more hydrated lips.

Created by renowned Beverly Hills Dermatologist, Stuart H. Kaplan, M.D., the Perfect Pout Lip Collection is the first complete anti-aging regimen for the lips. Dr. Kaplan created these lip products to address his patients’ concerns about their lips: fine lines and wrinkles around the lips, loss of fullness, loss of color, chapped and flaky skin, as well as sun damage and skin cancer.

If you look at the balms, lipsticks and glosses on the market today, you will see the majority of them do not offer SPF sun protection. In addition, they contain castor oil or petroleum jelly (petrolatum) as their main ingredients, which actually amplifies sun damage to the delicate skin on the lips.

The other two most commonly used lip products that are not good for the lips are plumpers and lip scrubs. Lip plumpers use irritating ingredients to cause your lips to burn and swell. The burning and stinging sensation is uncomfortable, and will cause lips to become sensitive with long term use. Lip scrubs are popular for removing dry, flaky skin off the lips. However, they use harsh particles, such as sugar or ground shells, to scrape off dry skin. Lips will feel smooth at first, but will soon develop even more dry, flaky patches of skin to heal the abrasions caused by the scrub. It creates a vicious cycle of scrubbing and scraping the lips.

Dr. Kaplan spent 5 years researching the best organic extracts and anti-aging ingredients for the lips, and formulated them in a base that is free of parabens, sulfates, gluten, castor oil and petrolatum. Your Perfect Pout Lipstick is
Your Perfect Pout Lipstick is the best, creamiest, and with great colors. I've been using it for several years. I especially love the "roll-up" case which is a one-hand maneuver. The "Collection Vault" was so special to get so many colors in one package.

Worth it.
Bought this item for my lipstick obsessed sister, I might keep it for myself. I was so impressed with the packaging and how beautifully the collection is presented. Definitely worth the price especially if you're already a fan of the lipsticks.

The color isn't opaque as I thought it would be and doesn't last as long as I would like but it does last longer than the glosses and its not as moisturizing as they use to be.
