HOW TO USE

Use all three together for the ultimate prep-and-finish lip ritual before a special occasion, or customize your routine for day or night.

Step 1: Apply a generous layer of the Perfect Pout Lip Mask directly to clean lips. To target the fine lines and wrinkles around the mouth, spread the Lip Mask about ½” beyond the natural lip line. You may experience a mild tingling sensation caused by the Papaya Enzymes as they gently exfoliate dry, chapped skin. Leave on for 3 to 5 minutes, or 5 to 10 minutes for deeper lines, then wipe away any excess with a soft damp cloth or tissue.

Step 2: Apply your chosen Perfect Pout Lipstick directly to lips for smooth, richly hydrating color and SPF 30 protection. For maximum sun protection, apply at least 30 minutes before going outdoors. Reapply every 2 to 3 hours, or as often as needed.

Step 3: Finish with the Perfect Pout Lip Balm to seal in hydration, add shine, and provide an extra layer of moisture and SPF 30 protection.

Nighttime Tip: For an ultra-hydrating overnight treatment, apply a thin layer of the Perfect Pout Lip Mask to lips, then pat on a light layer of the Perfect Pout Lip Balm. Leave on overnight and wake up to softer, smoother, more hydrated lips.

ORIGIN

Created by renowned Beverly Hills Dermatologist, Stuart H. Kaplan, M.D., the Perfect Pout Lip Collection is the first complete anti-aging regimen for the lips. Dr. Kaplan created these lip products to address his patients’ concerns about their lips: fine lines and wrinkles around the lips, loss of fullness, loss of color, chapped and flaky skin, as well as sun damage and skin cancer.

If you look at the balms, lipsticks and glosses on the market today, you will see the majority of them do not offer SPF sun protection. In addition, they contain castor oil or petroleum jelly (petrolatum) as their main ingredients, which actually amplifies sun damage to the delicate skin on the lips.

The other two most commonly used lip products that are not good for the lips are plumpers and lip scrubs. Lip plumpers use irritating ingredients to cause your lips to burn and swell. The burning and stinging sensation is uncomfortable, and will cause lips to become sensitive with long term use. Lip scrubs are popular for removing dry, flaky skin off the lips. However, they use harsh particles, such as sugar or ground shells, to scrape off dry skin. Lips will feel smooth at first, but will soon develop even more dry, flaky patches of skin to heal the abrasions caused by the scrub. It creates a vicious cycle of scrubbing and scraping the lips.

Dr. Kaplan spent 5 years researching the best organic extracts and anti-aging ingredients for the lips, and formulated them in a base that is free of parabens, sulfates, gluten, castor oil and petrolatum. Best Lip Mask Hands Down
I have been a fan since I was first introduced to Perfect Pout Lip Mask years ago by a plastic surgeon and no matter how many others I have tried there is no comparison.. I love the instant results and how my lips have more volume . I always travel with it in my bag and love their gloss to add shine. I use it religiously am @ pm. Wow! Exceeded my expectations
I received the Kaplan MD Perfect Pout Lip Balm SPF 30 in the Lip Vault and honestly expected it to be one I wouldn’t use—I typically avoid glossy balms because they feel sticky and tacky.
But WOW, this completely surprised me. The texture is incredibly silky and moisturizing without any of that heaviness or stickiness. It feels comfortable, looks great, and the added SPF is a huge bonus.
This has quickly become a staple in my collection—I keep it with me all the time. Highly recommend!
Didn’t expect to love it—now I don’t leave home without it.

Must have lipstick! I love it!
I absolutely love the Perfect Pout Lipstick. It’s incredibly moisturizing—perfect for my dry lips—and feels so comfortable to wear throughout the day. I also really appreciate that it includes SPF, which is a great added benefit. The formula isn’t sticky or drying at all, and the colors are beautiful. I purchased Roxbury, Melrose, and Rodeo, and I’m so happy with each one. I also love how it subtly plumps my lips in a natural way that enhances their beauty without feeling overdone. I’d definitely love to grab the full vault set if it goes on sale again!
